Code of Conduct for Accommodation (English)

If you are traveling together on productions, events, business trips or agency events, you should always be considerate of your colleagues. What is right for me or what I regard as my private matter is not seen in the same way by others. It also doesn't matter who bears the costs.

In the industry, it's common for everyone to stay in the same hotel, hostel, pension, apartment building, ... stay overnight. Single rooms are usually provided for productions.

Therefore, the use of sensitive areas, including swimming pools, wellness areas and saunas (in some countries only unclothed use is permitted) should be agreed with colleagues. If this is not possible, inform colleagues via the usual communication channels that you are using one of these areas. Gender does not play a role here. This means that men should not assume that other men are comfortable with it and women should not assume that other women are comfortable with it. If you know that colleagues are already using the area, you should wait until the area is free. This means that you should refrain from using it under unfortunate circumstances.

These areas should be handled in the same way as intimate scenes on set. With agreements, caution and a lot of consideration. If you unknowingly meet in these areas, make a quick arrangement. If someone is unaccompanied, turn around quickly and clarify or leave.

Arrangements are so simple and don't take much time.
