Acting and children

We support actors who have children.

There is no reason why young parents cannot work in the acting industry

With small children or babies, however, it is all the more important to communicate regularly with the responsible agents and managers. Important appointments should be entered in the calendar well in advance.
The time off before and after the birth should not be planned too briefly. The well-being of the child always comes first.
After the birth, you should slowly return to work with small castings and assignments.
There are many casting directors, producers and directors who are parents themselves and know the time of parenthood. Most of them are willing to support you.

A good post-maternity environment is important. I have family or good friends who can support me. They can look after my child for half a day. Or even go on trips with me.

We have set up a dedicated chat in our system for parents with children to exchange ideas.
